Freezer Stuffed Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. rice (1 c. cooked)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, onion, cooked rice, Cheez Whiz, salt and pepper.
    Put in green peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool completely, package, place in refrigerator overnight, then put in freezer.
