Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
2 qt. milk
3/4 c. flour
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Old Bay seasoning, to taste
celery salt, to taste
small minced onion, to taste
lemon juice, 2 to 3 drops
parsley flakes
Preparation

Saute onion.
Add milk and dissolve flour in milk as it warms. Add seasonings, butter, chicken bouillon cubes, etc.
Bring to a low boil (keep stirring), add crab meat and cook for 5 minutes, (watch so crab meat does not burn on bottom) at a low boil.
Cool and serve.
