Lemon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. pecans
9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Do not beat until frothy.
Do not use mixer.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake about 50 more minutes.
May cover with foil last 20 minutes to keep crust from burning.
