Scallops En Brochette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bay scallops
    8 strips bacon
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    lemon wedges
    1 tsp. parsley flakes or fresh snipped parsley
Preparation
    Wash and pat scallops dry.
    On each of 4 skewers, intertwine a strip of bacon with 4 to 6 scallops until bacon and scallops are used up.
    Brush the scallops with melted margarine and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
