Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (don't substitute)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
    1/4 c. green olives, sliced
Preparation
    Toss potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion together; turn into a buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper. Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    It should be somewhat bubbly.
    Makes 12 servings (contains 29.5 grams fat per serving).
