Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin and cool.
    Peel potatoes and shred coarsely.
    In a saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and butter until melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions and seasoning.
    Fold into potatoes and turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
