Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 large. onion diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 qt. chicken stock
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
5-6 dashes of Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Whish in flour and cook 3-4 minutes until the flour is the color of straw.
Add onion celery and bell pepper; mix and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add stock, blend with vegetables and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
Add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
