Lemon Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
1 roll Ritz crackers
salt and pepper
lemon pepper
Preparation
-
Roll crackers into crumbs.
Dip chicken into melted margarine. Roll in Ritz cracker crumbs.
Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
