Slender Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine potatoes, onion and water in microwavable 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
Cook on High for 9 minutes.
Stir once during cycle.
Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook, uncovered, on Medium-high 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
