Yum-Yum Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and boned
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 tubes Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix chicken soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers. Stir in poppy seed and melted butter. Spread on top of chicken. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
