Molasses Crinkles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. Brer Rabbit molasses (with green label)
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar, then egg and cream well.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll into sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cookies will crack on top when done.
