Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
3 Tbsp. butter (heaping)
2 c. milk
1 small jar diced pimentos
1 small jar mushrooms
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Season chicken well.
Boil until tender, cook and cut into bite size pieces.
Melt butter; add flour and stir into mixture. Add milk and cook until sauce is thick and creamy.
Add cut up chicken, pimentos, mushrooms, parsley and sherry.
Season to taste and serve hot in patty shells or on toast.
