Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    4 c. chopped onions
    4 c. chopped bell peppers
    6 chopped jalapenos or to taste
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables in small pieces.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Put in warm jars with lids.
    Place in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
    This is a mild salsa.
    You can add more peppers to taste.
