Chicken And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 to 3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
salad greens
Preparation

Combine oil, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper.
Toss lightly with rice until mixed.
Refrigerate about an hour.
Just before serving, mix in chicken, celery, green pepper and mayonnaise. (Add more mayonnaise, if needed.)
Serve on salad greens.
