Fresh Green Beans From The Garden Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. meat (you can use beef, pork or chicken)
    1 large onion, diced
    2 qt. green beans (left long)
    6 to 8 peeled potatoes, cut in half
    3 qt. water
    1/3 c. bouillon
Preparation
    Place meat in water; add bouillon.
    Simmer until meat is nearly cooked; add beans, onion and chopped potatoes.
    Add more water if needed.
    Cover and cook on simmer until beans are tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
