Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar, shortening and egg; stir in milk. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Grease
and flour round cake pan.
Pour in mixture.
Sprinkle brown
sugar, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of sugar on top.
Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
