Blue Ribbon Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen pie crusts
4 c. sliced tart apples (4 to 5)
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pare apples.
Slice thin.
Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt.
Mix with apples.
Place in bottom crust.
Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and crimp to seal.
Cut several slits into top.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
