Ritz Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Break crackers in pieces.
    Mix with dry ingredients. Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into dry ingredients.
    Bake in greased square pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
