Hamburger Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. browned hamburger meat
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
1 onion, chopped
regular cornbread batter
Preparation

Mix batter for cornbread and pour 1/2 of the batter in the bottom of a large greased cast-iron skillet.
Add meat, onion and pepper in layers, adding cheese last.
Cover with remainder of the cornbread batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
