Pie Crust For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    5 1/4 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and shortening.
    Mix water and flour.
    To blend your dough, cut with pastry knife, or use a few butter knives.
    Add mixture of flour and water; mix together.
    Form a ball and roll out for pie pans.
