Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    2 Tbsp. finely grated or minced carrots
    2 Tbsp. minced cucumber
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and beat until blended. Add dill weed, carrots, cucumber, and green onions and mix well. Makes enough spread for 10 regular sandwiches which I cut into 4 portions, making 40 cocktail sandwiches or will make 20 to 22 open face sandwiches using 3 inch rounds cut from bread slices.
    This is also great spread on miniature bagels.
