Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Boil and mash potatoes.
Add confectioners sugar; stir.
Flour cutting board; roll out mixture.
Spread peanut butter on top and roll up.
Slice into thin pieces and serve.
