Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pod minced garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 large (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 c. hot water (boiling)
    lasagna noodles, cooked
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a heavy pan, saute onion until clear.
    Add beef.
    Cook and stir until crumbly.
    Stir in seasonings and tomato paste, blended in hot water.
    Simmer, uncovered, until blended, about 30 minutes.
