Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green hot peppers
    1 lb. green sweet peppers
    1 lb. onions, peeled and quartered
    3 c. white vinegar (5% acidity)
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. pickling spices
Preparation
    Finely chop hot peppers, bell peppers and onions in food processor or by hand.
    In a 6 to 8-quart saucepan, combine chopped peppers and onions with remaining items over high heat.
    Bring to high boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
    Immediately fill pint jars to 1/4 inch of top.
    Wipe tops of jar.
    Put lids on jars and screw bands on tightly.
    Yields 4 pints.
    Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
