Bird Of Paradise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. or more grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sherry or any white wine
Preparation
    Dip chicken breasts in eggs, then coat with the cheese.
    Fry in the butter or oleo until nice and brown (I use a nonstick pan). Add the wine; cook until chicken is tender.
