Fish Fillets With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sole
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. freshly grated orange rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Broil fish with salt, pepper and paprika until it flakes with a fork.
    Combine rest of ingredients to make Orange Sauce.
    Serve over fish.
    Add orange slices and parsley for garnish.
