Bishops Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    lemon pepper
    5 lb. chicken wings
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Pour over chicken wings. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
    Drain well.
    Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, until dark and chewy.
