Mushrooms In Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms (the wild matsutake, Japanese pine mushrooms, are particularly good in this recipe, if you can find them)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced green onions
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 c. white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until liquid is reduced somewhat.
Serve warm as an appetizer or veggie side dish.
