Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 large onions
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut liver in strips; salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat oil and add sliced onions; saute until golden brown.
    Add liver; stir well and cover.
    Let cook three minutes; turn slices and cook three minutes more.
    Sprinkle vinegar and cook 3 minutes more.
    Serve very hot.
