Baja Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 2/3 c. drained pinto beans
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 (30 count) pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
-
Saute the following:
chopped onions, mushrooms and chili powder.
Add the cans of diced tomatoes, pinto beans and green chilies.
Spray pan with Pam.
Layer the mixture with corn tortillas, sour cream and top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake until nice and bubbly at 350\u00b0.
