Rhubarb Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. finely diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. black walnut flavoring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
    Beat well.
    Stir in rhubarb, walnuts and black walnut flavoring.
    Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to the beaten mixture.
    Spoon into muffin tins which have been greased.
