Oriental-Style Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken thighs, skinned
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix well the honey, soy sauce, catsup, oil, garlic and ginger; pour over chicken and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven, basting occasionally.
    Cook 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is tender and the sauce is caramelized.
