Sweet Southern Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. mixed chicken pieces or 1 cut up chicken

Preparation

Melt oleo in pan. Add ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Simmer a little while until sugar melts. Keep stirring.
Pour over chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or as long as you'd like; the longer it cooks, the better it is.
Bake, uncovered, the last 15 minutes.
