French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour, add eggs, stir, do not beat.
    Add milk, margarine, vanilla and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour in unbaked deep dish pie shell.
    Bake 325 for 1 hour.
