Mmmpossible Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch squares

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Place first 5 ingredients in blender and blend 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese and blend 2 minutes.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
Spread topping carefully over cheesecake. Garnish with fruit (optional).
