Sauerkraut Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. chopped sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. sausage (lean), sage, regular or hot
3/4 c. quick oats
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Pat out any excess moisture from the sauerkraut.
Mix everything together well and form into small balls.
Place on large cake sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
