Tomato Sauce "Au Fresco" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans crushed tomatoes
    1 medium can tomato sauce or Italian diced tomatoes
    olive oil
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, diced or crushed
    1 to 2 Tbsp. crushed parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat enough olive oil to cover bottom of large pot.
    Saute garlic 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add parsley and oregano and saute another 2 minutes.
    Then add crushed tomatoes and sauce or diced tomatoes. Add 1/2 to 1 large can of water, as needed.
    Bring to boil, then simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until naturally sweet.
