Cajun Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    2 (12 oz.) cans Niblets Mexicorn, drained
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oleo until clear.
    Stir in flour and mix well.
    Add tomatoes and cook until thick and bubbly.
    Add corn, rice, salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out of oven and cover with Cheddar cheese.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
