Homemade Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and lightly flour 2 (8-inch) round cake pans. Cream eggs and sugar. Add oil and butter. Add flour slowly. Add vanilla. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour in pans. Cook 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn out.
