Spinach Hau Pia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    2 c. dry cottage cheese
    3 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place spinach in sieve and press out as much liquid as possible.
    Combine spinach, cottage cheese and coconut.
    Combine eggs, sour cream, flour and soy sauce in blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth; fold into spinach mixture.
    Spoon into ungreased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Refrigerate, covered, up to 2 days.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields 12 servings.
