Popeye'S Favorite Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained well
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c. red pepper

Preparation

Blend the first 3 ingredients.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.
Serve with veggies, crackers or bread chunks.
