Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced bananas
Preparation
    In large bowl sift together dry ingredients.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix until blended, but do not beat.
    Bake in a greased 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 80 minutes until cake tests done.
    (Cake will crack on top slightly.)
    Cool on wire rack and then remove and serve with powdered sugar or plain.
    Cake will stay moist and fresh if wrapped and refrigerated.
