Gingered Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
    1 qt. water (about)
    juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    honey to taste
Preparation
    Grate the ginger.
    Brew it as you would regular tea in about 1 quart of water for 20 to 30 minutes.
    To brewed mixture, add the lemon juice and honey to sweeten to taste.
    Water may also be added if brew is too strong.
