Sausage-Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 small onion
2 c. cooked, sliced squash
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Cook sausage and onion until brown; drain off fat.
Stir squash and next 5 ingredients into meat mixture.
Fold in eggs; bake in casserole dish for 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
