Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Accent
    1 lb. fish
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Boil 2 cups water and add potatoes and spices. Boil for 15 minutes. Cut fish into cubes. Add to mixture and boil again for 10 minutes. Add milk and heat.
