Grits With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 stick butter
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Boil grits with 1 stick butter and 1 quart milk until thick. Remove from fire; add cheese, salt and pepper.
    Beat with a mixer to blend, adding 1/3 stick melted butter on top.
    Put in a greased casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
