"Tipsy" Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. bourbon whiskey
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, bourbon and 1/2 cup butter.
    Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine brown sugar and remaining 1/3 cup butter and flour.
    Mix well together and add nuts.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Great dish for the holidays!
