Norwegian Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 375\u00b0 preheated oven.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Transfer immediately to the 9 x 13-inch pan that has been preheated with the butter melted into it.
Do not let the blended ingredients sit in the blender. It must go right from blender to pan.
Bake 45 minutes.
Slice in pan and serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
Serves 6 to 8.
