5-Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat cubed
    4 c. cut up potatoes
    2 c. cut up carrots
    1-1/2 c. cut up celery
    1 medium cut up onion
    1 large can of tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 slice broken bread
Preparation
    Do not brown meat. Combine all ingredients and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
