Uncooked Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. chocolate
1/3 c. butter or oleo
1 egg
1 lb. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter together over hot water.
Combine the egg, sugar and milk and mix well.
Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix well.
Add the vanilla and nuts.
Place in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and chill well in the refrigerator. Cut into squares.
Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.
